Shamanic Journey and Yoga Practice for Ancestral Healing
Saturday, November 11, 2017, 4-7pm
Join us during this mystical season as we explore the unknown when the veils between the worlds are the thinnest.
Saturday, November 11, 2017
We inherit the stories of our ancestors,
whether we are aware of it or not. This can cause
dis-ease and painful patterns in our lives on all levels -
physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
In this workshop, we will:
~ journey with shamanic drumming to unlock subconscious connections to
our ancestors, guides, and protectors.
~ free the unhealthy, compensatory patterns from our bodies through yoga practice.
~ release generational suffering for ourselves and our families.
~ center in our present strength and inherent health.
Michelle and Marta offer this opportunity for generational healing through intention-setting, guided imagery and journeying, yoga asana and pranayama, and sharing in a supportive circle. Bring a journal and favorite writing instruments. Drawing supplies will be provided.
